Registration is mandatory.
● NEW FOR THIS YEAR. FISH SATURDAY OR SUNDAY! YOUR CHOICE HOWEVER YOU MUST CHOOSE A DAY WHEN YOU REGISTER. You can do so via email to angling@bhmtc.com, or by text to Frank Crescitelli @ 917-468-4817. Before registration closes.
● Registration Closes @ 8 PM Friday Night, regardless of fishing day.
● Minimum of five boats must register for prizes to be awarded.
Rules:
● BHMTC Fishing Rules Apply
● Leave dock anytime after 8pm Friday night- For boats fishing Saturday
● Leave dock anytime after 8pm Saturday night - For boats fishing Sunday
● Start fishing anytime after 8pm night preceding your fishing day.
● Stop fishing at 3:00pm. Lines Out. No fishing of any kind can occur after 3pm. If you are having fun and wish to continue, just don't submit any fish for this specific tournament.
● Weigh-in time 3:30-5:00 pm
● Any Boats fishing Sunday will be responsible to do their own weigh in, fill out the normal weigh slip completely and email that to angling@bhmtc.com by 5pm Sunday.
● Weather date, if needed, will be announced by email.
● Weigh in by boat in which the fish was caught, or by car.
● Rules & interpretations of such are decided by the Angling Committee.
Note: We are trying out a pilot program to make all club member tournaments both Saturday & Sunday, this was by request to make tournaments more accessible. There may not be tournament officials available on Sunday, so the burden is on the member to submit their catch to the committee before the deadline. Following the same rules as all “annual” club tournaments operate under. Relying on all members respect the integrity and honesty that frankly all angling should be conducted with. Scoring:
● By weight
● Only one fish per ANGLER per CATEGORY will be eligible for a prize
● Winners must be a Member, Spouse, registered Junior, Intermediate or senior angler.
Prizes:
● Gift certificates will be awarded at the club run awards dinner in June 2023
